Ingredients 10 oz. frozen broccoli (chopped) 6 large eggs 1/2 cup milk (any kind will do) 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 1/4 tsp. salt garlic powder (optional) 4 oz. shredded cheese (I used cheddar and mozzarella, but you can use any kind of cheese!)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 9″ pie plate & set aside.
2. Defrost & drain broccoli, then chop into bite sized pieces.  Set aside.
3. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper & (optional) garlic powder.  Stir in cheese & broccoli.
4. Pour mixture into prepared pie plate.  Bake about 40 minutes, or until set and golden around the edges.  It should come out of the pie plate in slices.
